The Sents get a 2 point win, 11-9, on a safety with one minute left in the 4th. Our kicker and season MVP, Eddy Moore, was 3 for 3 on FGs. A good kicker is crucial for RO, know why? Have you seen the offense play calls? GL offense plays are called much more often by the auto coach and that auto's the GL defense, which shuts down GL and other runs 90% of the time. Thats why most of the scores are under 20 and close, where one or more missed FGs will cost you the game. Interesting that the Sharks passed 43 times with 31 completions, my Sents only had 15 attempts and completed 12. The Sharks HC is West Coast Offense. mine is Generally Balanced. Am wondering what causes the tendency to pass or run more? My guess is a combination of factors and player ratings in an algorithm to select the play.
Laces out!!

These games are like watching a HS Freshman team game, GL off tackle on 3rd and 5?? grim ... should change the league name to Frosh League. Ive asked JDB to improve the auto coach, but has not happened, hopefully some day.
Would be fun to use our old high schools in a league and team logos/colors, how bout it? Mine was the Royal Oak Romans, blue and gold colors.
I do like the HS idea. My High School was Nordonia Knights, Green & White. Nordonia was recognized more for our wrestling team than our football team. It was, until a young man named Denzel Ward walked through the doors of Nordonia. In 2002, the Nordonia Knights went to their first Ohio Division II Football State Finals. They lost to a team from Dayton, 41-26. The "Pride of Nordonia" went on to play for the Buckeyes and then was drafted by his home team, the Cleveland Browns. I'm hoping that, like Myles Garrett, Ward gets traded to a contender also so he can win a ring.
Great story Koz, Ive got some good ones, like when I went out for football my sophomore year. The equipment manager was an old guy, "Mac", I didnt know it at the time, but he was having fun with me. I asked him for football shoes and he gave me a pair from the 40s, lol, like what Johnny Unitas wore. High tops and the cleats were long and I swear you could see light coming in under the shoes when I was standing on a hard spot. The coaches felt sorry for me, so skinny, and I got launched holding a blocking bag when our star FB hit me, I mustve gone about 5 yards in the air alone, lol. They had a good laugh on me. But, things turned around my Junior year, and incredibly ended up starting Varsity WR in my senior year. I wanted one more year, which would have been awesome, but was not to be. So, I ended up playing JuCo ball the next year.
